Let me ask ya'll a question. What would you think if you and a friend were in a store and you had a bag. And your friend takes clothes that are in the store and puts them in your bag, and as you walk out the door you end up arrested for attempting to shoplift?
My father came in the house and asked me this question. I honestly didn't know how to answer that question, due to the fact I can't honestly see anyone doing that. I then asked him why and he told me something that happened to my former step sisters today. My two step-sisters were in Target today. The oldest is 15, and is rebellious; almost a lost cause. She won't listen to anyone and apparently (though I've seen clues for a while) she's also selfish. The youngest one just graduated from elementary school, and she's such a sweetheart. She's 12, and she's for the most part unassuming. Its funny because my father married her mother when she had no idea who here father was, so even now, she calls my dad "daddy" and I still call her my sister.
This is what the last two paragraphs have to do with each other. So the two sisters were in Target. Why I honestly have no clue, but it could be that the youngest one had graduation money and was getting her pictures developed like she said she was going to do over dinner. Anywho... the youngest had a bag in her hand from another store they went to. The oldest one while in the store saw some clothes she liked and proceeded to take the tags off of them. She put the clothes in the bag the youngest one was carrying and then told her to walk out the store. The youngest one says to her, "No, its not right we can get in trouble." The oldest one tells her she can't get caught and pretty much scares her into doing it. The youngest (who loves her big sis a lot) does it because her sister ask. As soon as she leaves the store the youngest is detained and arrested for shop lifting.
Who throws someone in their family under the bus like that? None of the clothes in the bag were anything that the youngest would have worn, not to mention the fact that the youngest is by far not a thief. I forgot to mention that the oldest already has a juvenile record for attempting to steal things out of stores. The youngest is a really good girl, I mean she's not perfect, but no preteen is. It's horrible because for the next 6 years, she has to deal with this being on her record while she's a juvenile. Who is going to hire a girl who has a history of shoplifting back to when she's 12? I'm so pissed at the older one, because waht she did was so selfish. It was heartless, why put your sister in such a situation...
On a side note, the oldest was told to not come home tonight by their mother, who had to get the youngest out of holding (Yes she was actually arrested). And honestly, if I saw her right now, I honestly couldn't tell you what I would do to her, cause Im soo pissed...
